Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has executed a highly successful “Great Mineral Offensive” over the last 24 months.

During this two-year period, India has effectively wired 35 nations into a single strategic grid to ensure a steady supply of rare earth elements, critical minerals, and chips. The scale of this offensive is reflected in the current status of various such agreements, with India having already secured 24 signed deals and currently in talks with 11 additional nations.

In terms of confirmed Global Partnerships (signed), India has successfully formalized 24 agreements across nearly every continent to bolster its resource security.

The Americas: Pacts include a Critical Minerals Cooperation Pact with Canada, a framework with the United States, and lithium and rare earth exploration agreements with Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, and Argentina.
